Due to the nature of my work, I cannot guarantee that your order will be an exact match to the item pictured in my store…no two pebbles are the same! I will certainly do my best to match the item advertised.

These products are for decorative purposes and are not suitable for children.

The utmost care is taken in the preparation and packing of these  products for delivery.

If the product is damaged in transit, please contact me here to arrange return.

Contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Dispatch items back within 21 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: It is good to give yourself plenty of time to place your order. Processing times can vary from 5-7 days depending on the design and time of year. December is a short but extremely busy month so if you wish to place an order for Christmas please place your order before the end of November to guarantee delivery (within Ireland) before the big day.

Q:How is my order shipped?

A: All orders are shipped Standard Post or Express Post with tracking via An Post within Ireland.

Registered Post with tracking via An Post for outside of Ireland. Shipping is calculated at the checkout.

Please note that I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
