Púróga Pebble Art Joins Staff Creative Wellbeing Programme at Our Lady’s Hospital Navan
I was honoured to lead two workshops as part of the Staff Creative Wellbeing Programme at Our Lady’s Hospital Navan. This initiative, part of the Creativity in Healthcare project, aimed to promote wellbeing through art and creativity. Staff were encouraged to tap into their artistic sides during their lunch breaks, creating their own pebble art pieces and exploring their creativity.
This programme, supported by Meath County Council’s Creative Ireland and Healthy Meath Programmes, was made possible by the incredible artists from the Meath Made collective. A big thank you to all involved, including our collaborative partners—MCC Creative Communities, Healthy Meath, HSE Health Promotion, MCC Arts Office, and MCC Libraries

I hope the participants enjoyed the sessions as much as I did! It was a wonderful experience to connect with staff and share the calming power of creativity.
